Demand Planner (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Analysing, implementing and optimising global sales planning within the Erbe Group from product launch to product retirement
- Preparing and controlling regular demand reviews with the subsidiaries and involved stakeholders as part of the S&OP process
- Identifying and analysing root causes of deviations for planning accuracy and initiating corrective actions in collaboration with Sales
- Assistance in preparing long-term forecasts at product level in collaboration with the relevant departments, such as Sales and Marketing
- Analysing and visualising sales and market trends and deriving corresponding measures
- Designing an appropriate KPI and reporting system
Your Skills
- Degree in business administration, business engineering or similar
- Initial experience in the field of sales planning in an industrial environment desirable
- Strong analytical and methodological skills as well as solution- and process-oriented approach
- Excellent networking and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Business-fluent English skills and ideally experience in the international environment
