Regional Sales Manager, Africa


Votre responsabilité


  • Drive sustainable and profitable sales growth in the African region, aligning strategies with market-specific needs
  • Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; initiating corrective actions
  • Manage and support distributor relationships across African territories
  • Define and execute strategic sales plans, working closely with Sales Manager, Marketing, Technical Service, and headquarters.
  • Maintains and expands customer base; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with regional teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and cohesive execution of goals.
  • Identify new opportunities for business growth and development by gathering insights from key stakeholders (hospitals, doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals) 
  • Expand erbe’s presence in the African market by evaluating and assigning new distributors
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance metrics for senior management 
  • Develop and implement strategies to address any gaps or challenges in the market
  • Building up a sustainable and robust pipeline and ensuring accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planning
  • Design cross-selling programs and campaigns
  • Keep current with economic indicators, changing trends, supply and demand and competitors to maintain sales volume and product mix
  • Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base across the region

Vos qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years sales experience in the medical device industry, ideally in surgical or endoscopic devices.
  • Proficient in Arabic, English and French
  • Full time job and travelling is required
  • Covering Africa, based in Lebanon at the Representative Office MEA
