For the Technical Service Department of our Tübingen location, we are looking for a
Technical Support Product Specialist (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Provide global technical support to our subsidiaries, distributors and end users
- Analyse reported error patterns and provide troubleshooting instructions for equipment and accessories
- Prepare service information and specification documents and define corrective procedures
- Support or resolve application issues related to IT-based service tools
- Contribute to the technical development of service and repair manuals
- Assist product development engineers in considering service requirements
- Plan and conduct national and international service training courses in person or via webinars
- Create and maintain detailed training presentations
Your Skills
- Successfully completed training as a mechatronics engineer or comparable and additional qualification as a technician or a successfully completed technical degree
- Several years of service experience, ideally in a medical technology environment
- Solid IT user knowledge and an affinity for the use of software-supported service tools such as the Erbe Support App
- Professional demeanour and customer focus
- Creative problem-solving, accountability and initiative
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
- Class B driving licence
- Very good command of spoken and written English and German
