For our location in Tübingen, Germany, we are looking for our supply chain management department for a
Team Leader Operational Procurement (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- You take care of the functional and line management of a team of five
- You proactively optimise the scheduling and purchasing processes with a strong focus on digitalisation
- You manage projects to increase purchasing efficiency in a rapidly growing company
- You coordinate operational purchasing activities by closely collaborating with our internal interfaces, such as Manufacturing, Sales and Logistics
- You and your team ensure the timely supply of materials and parts to our company through regular consultation with suppliers
- You establish scheduling metrics and are responsible for achieving their targets
- You and your team maintain current planning and master data in our ERP system
Your Skills
- You have several years of professional experience in the purchasing department of a manufacturing enterprise based on successfully completed vocational training or studies
- You have initial leadership experience in the field of purchasing in an industrial environment
- You have a keen interest in process optimisations and like to play a part in proactively shaping your work environment
- You have strong networking and communication skills and like to take a solution-oriented approach
- You are confident in using MS Office and ERP systems
- You are a strong communicator in both German and English
