For the Business Process Management Team at our headquarters in Tübingen we are looking for a
Process Improvement Manager (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Leading projects and workshops for the development of end-to-end processes
- Design and moderation of improvement workshops with groups of participants from different organizational units
- Organizing and hosting communication events on all stages of process improvements (e.g. gallery walks) in order to ensure transparency and best possible knowledge transfer
- Accompanying the organization during the change process by providing process management competence
- Counsel the business process owners on optimizing the processes for which they are
- Deriving IT requirements (user stories) for realization of the target processes
- Collaboration in the maintenance and continuous development of the global Erbe business process management system (e.g. development of process KPIs)
Your Skills
- Successfully completed studies and/or commercial or technical training combined with several years of professional experience in the field of designing and optimizing processes
- Experience in managing projects, as well as designing and leading workshops
- Extended analytical skills joined with strong methodological competence (moderation, BPMN, DMN, etc.)
- Excellent networking and persuasive skills
- Confident in operating in a dynamic, cross-sector work environment
- Excellent communication skills, which are also demonstrated in target group-specific training sessions
- Proficient business language skills in German and English
